Join Krystal + Amanda for our second summer retreat together in beautiful Gravenhurst, Muskoka!
Treat yourself to a weekend away from every day life to reset and balance your mind, body, and soul. Practice daily yoga and meditation; enjoy nourishing plant-based meals, and experience the healing power of the surrounding natural beauty. Come alone or with a loved one.
This weekend is all about doing what you need to find balance! Let us help you immerse in self-care, inspired by the summer season. Together we'll dive deeper with yoga and wellness practices, explore nature, and enjoy solo or social time with like-hearted beings. Disconnect from the daily grind, reconnect with nature and commit to you.
WHAT YOU GET:
Two nights shared accommodations + bathrooms
All whole food vegan/vegetarian meals (Friday: dinner, Saturday: breakfast, lunch, dinner, Sunday: brunch)
4 yoga classes (2 mixed-level morning hatha and 2 evening restorative)
Guided meditations (including bonfire meditation)
Solo time for journaling, contemplation, napping, hiking

What if I have dietary restrictions?
No problem! You’ll be asked to share full details on possible food restrictions, allergies, or sensitivities and we’ll make sure there are options to meet your needs.
What type of food will be served?
Healthy, plant-based and organic meals will be served, with a focus on wholesome, nutrient dense foods. Look forward to fuel your body with delicious and energizing foods! With vegan and vegetarian options available.
Do I have to participate in everything on the schedule?
Absolutely not. Everything is optional – participate in as little or as much as you feel like!
Can I bring a friend?
Of course. Feel free to bring a friend or more – or come solo and make new friends with like-hearted individuals.
What are the sleeping arrangements?
Accommodations are all shared in comfortable bedrooms with shared bathrooms. Room assignments will be determined based on bookings and you’ll receive confirmation one week prior to the retreat. If you register with a friend, just let us know and we’ll make sure you’re bunked together.
What type of yoga is it? Is it beginner friendly?
Absolutely, all levels are welcome! Krystal and Amanda are both 500-Hour certified yoga teachers trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative and Yin Yoga styles. Yoga classes will offer safe and accessible modifications suitable for all levels – even if it’s your first time!
What should I pack?
You’ll need yoga clothes, a water bottle, summer hiking clothes/shoes, a bathing suit, swim towel, sunscreen, and bug spray. Bring a journal if you’d like to reflect or take notes during workshops.
